Account and data deletion

You can delete your acro-yoga.com account from the website or Android app, or request account or specific data deletion by email without signing in.
Delete from your account
Open Profile settings → Account → Delete your account. Choose “Check what needs attention”, resolve any listed items, then follow the confirmation instructions. A recent sign-in is required before deletion.
Shared events, communities, classes or shops may need ownership transfer or support review first. Pending checkouts and external cleanup can also require attention. If the settings cannot complete your request, use the email option below.
Request deletion without signing in
Email the address below from your account email if possible. Include your profile link or Instagram handle if relevant, and say whether you want to delete the whole account or only specific information. We may need to verify that the account or data belongs to you. Never send your password or sign-in codes.

What deletion does
Account deletion removes your sign-in identity and sessions, profile and linked personal account records, including the Instagram connection. Your message and comment text is removed while conversation or reply structure can remain. Personal media not used by shared content and the marketing contact are queued for external cleanup; this cleanup can continue after the account closes.
Shared content can remain after ownership is transferred. Media still used by retained shared content is not automatically deleted. Contact us if this includes information or a photo you want removed. Deleting the site account does not delete your Google or Instagram account, original Instagram posts or copies held by other people.
Account information is kept to provide the service while you use it. If you close your account or remove content, some records may still need to be kept for legal obligations, security or disputes, and backup copies may remain until their normal deletion cycle. Copies other people or external services have made are outside my control.
Closing the account does not cancel a booking or purchase made with a separate organiser or seller. Contact that provider about its records or a cancellation.
Disconnect Instagram without deleting your account
Open Profile → Instagram → Disconnect Instagram and confirm. In the Android app, connection setup opens the website; sign in there if needed.
Disconnecting removes the stored access credentials and connected-gallery entries. Imported name, avatar, handle and alias remain in your site profile until you edit or remove them. Manually added post links can be removed separately. You can also request removal of imported information by email.
