How acro-yoga.com uses personal information on the website and in the Android app, and how to manage your choices.
Who is responsible
Pierre Schweiger — the website operator and the person responsible for how the site uses personal data.

Information and services
Account and contact details support sign-in, recovery and account messages. Profile details, photos, posts, messages, event interests and travel plans support the features you choose. Technical information helps operate the service, diagnose errors and protect against abuse. Other members and organisers receive information when the feature and your visibility choices call for it.
Supabase provides accounts, the database and messaging updates. Cloudflare provides hosting and media storage. Google handles optional Google sign-in. Resend delivers account and service emails; Brevo handles marketing email when you opt in. Umami measures website use and Sentry helps diagnose errors. An external seller receives the information needed when you choose its checkout; that seller has its own privacy practices.
The preserved Bali Villa and convention pages are served through Netlify and may still load their existing Google Analytics and Google Fonts integrations. Their booking form is processed by Netlify. Those older pages have different integrations from the new community application.
The Android app uses the same account and services as the website. It keeps sign-in credentials in encrypted device storage. Camera or photo-library access is requested when you choose to upload an image; selected images are uploaded through the site’s media service. Device sharing opens the system share sheet.
I do not sell or rent your personal data to advertisers, data brokers or anyone else.
Optional Instagram connection
After signing in to acro-yoga.com, you may connect an Instagram Business or Creator account. The connection requests basic profile and media access. It can fill missing name, avatar, Instagram handle and site alias; existing profile edits are preserved. Imported avatars are copied to our media storage. Access credentials are stored encrypted on the server.
You choose which posts to show on your profile. Connecting does not automatically publish a gallery, post to Instagram or send messages. Profile visibility rules still apply. Viewers choose whether to load Instagram embeds; loading them contacts Instagram. This connection does not grant permission to use your identity or content for unrelated advertising.
Disconnecting removes the stored access credentials and connected-gallery entries. Imported name, avatar, handle and alias remain in your site profile until you edit or remove them. Manually added post links can be removed separately. You can also request removal of imported information by email.
Your choices
Accepting these terms is not consent to advertising, optional tracking or a newsletter. Newsletter sign-up is a separate choice. Where optional tracking needs consent, that choice must also be separate; refusing it does not prevent you from creating an account.
Read about essential storage, optional external embeds and the analytics settings in our About cookies.
Access, correction and retention
You can edit your profile and visibility settings, remove content through the available controls, or contact me to request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your personal data. You may also have rights to object to or restrict a use of your data, and to withdraw consent where a use depends on it. You can complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL, or another competent authority.
Account information is kept to provide the service while you use it. If you close your account or remove content, some records may still need to be kept for legal obligations, security or disputes, and backup copies may remain until their normal deletion cycle. Copies other people or external services have made are outside my control.
