Welcome people to an acro coliving
Describe the experience honestly
An acro coliving combines a stay with shared daily life and opportunities to practise. Be clear about what you offer: accommodation, organised teaching, informal training, meals, workspace or simply a place to live alongside other practitioners. Do not describe informal practice as a taught programme.
Create the right listing
For a dated stay or programme, create an event with the Coliving type. Search existing events first to avoid duplicates. Give dates, the general location, capacity and the route for applications or booking. If there is an ongoing community behind the programme, maintain a community page as well.
Answer the questions a guest will have
Explain room sharing, bathrooms, internet, meals, kitchen access, quiet hours and the practice area. Describe accessibility, transport options and the level of independence expected. Make the total cost, deposit, inclusions, cancellation terms and any work exchange explicit before accepting a booking.
Agree on shared living
Set expectations for cleaning, visitors, noise, consent and use of common areas. Name the person guests can contact if something is not working. Accommodation or participation must never be presented as an obligation to provide physical contact, training or companionship.
Keep availability and programme changes up to date. Exchange private arrival details directly with confirmed guests. The website introduces people to your offer; the coliving team remains the contact for booking and the actual stay.
