Check what is already there

Open Level Up and search for the pose or skill, including alternative names. If an entry exists, improve it instead of creating a duplicate. Names vary between communities, so explain the terminology you use.

Make a contribution

Sign in and choose Contribute. Select the relevant pose or skill section and complete the available fields. On an existing entry, use the editing, tip, photo or change-request tools offered there. Contributions may be applied directly or tracked for follow-up, depending on the tool; do not assume every change waits for pre-publication review.

Explain what readers need to know

Describe the starting and ending positions, the role of each partner and any prerequisites. Keep the explanation specific. Separate what you have personally practised from what you are uncertain about. If you are correcting an entry, explain the reason for the correction.

Credit and consent

Use your own media or obtain permission from its creator and the people shown. Name the source or contributor where appropriate. Avoid uploading a video or photo simply because it is publicly visible elsewhere.

A library entry is a reference, not personalised instruction or proof that someone is ready for a movement. Avoid claims that a skill is risk-free. Encourage readers to work within their experience and seek appropriate teaching and spotting support.
