Share a trip and find your people

Put your plan on the map

Open My acro year and add a period with dates, a destination and the level of certainty that reflects your plans. Use an honest title and note whether the trip is tentative or confirmed. Link the relevant event when the form offers that option.

Choose what you want to share

Add the intentions that apply: practising with others, finding a place to stay or sharing transport. Use the plan's visibility and location settings deliberately. Sharing a city or general destination is usually enough for discovery; private arrival details can wait until you have agreed an arrangement.

Explore the connections

From your plan, explore the available partner, community, host and sharing tools. Dates and destination help narrow suggestions. A result means there may be a useful overlap, not that the other person has agreed to travel with you or has confirmed availability.

Agree on the details together

Discuss the purpose of the trip, dates, budget expectations, pace and any accommodation or transport arrangement. Keep responsibility for each booking clear. A travel plan on the website is not a ticket, reservation or promise to reimburse costs.

Update a plan when your dates change and cancel it when it no longer applies. Tell anyone you have made arrangements with directly; editing your listing alone may not be enough notice.
