Positioned beneath the base's hips and lower back during floor-based L-basing, it provides a taller, firmer support surface for static holds, Icarians, pops, whips, and repeated dynamic training. Its multi-density foam core, shaped hip cradle, and lumbar support are designed to resist excessive compression while cushioning contact. Choose Regular for a compact support area (32 × 24 × 13 cm; approximately 800 g including the strap), or Wide for more contact area and lateral room (40 × 28 × 14 cm; approximately 900 g including the strap).
